How often should I wash my Pastries Luxury Hair extensions?
Pastries Luxury Hair should be washed no later than every 2 weeks. The cleaner the hair the more body and fullness you will see in the hair. Remember, "happy hair is clean hair". It is recommended that you use quality shampoo & conditioner to sustain the quality of the hair. We have provided a link below for our recommended hair care line that carries quality hair products to use while shampooing.
Can I color Pastries Luxury Hair?
Pastries Luxury Hair can be bleached, dyed, shampooed, and conditioned. With any hair services dealing with chemicals, we recommend it be performed by a licensed hair stylist.
How long will my hair extensions last?
Our hair extensions can last up to 5 to 6 installs if taken care of properly.
How are Clipped hair extensions different?
With our hair company we keep every customer in mind when searching for the perfect strands to provide to our customers. We inspect each bundle to make sure each weft is tightly stitch to minimize any excessive shedding. Our strands are 100% chemical free. We love our strands so much that our beloved employees wear it themselves.
Does Pastries Luxury Hair have a return or exchange policy?
Due to sanitation and hygine regulations Pastries Virgin Hair can not be returned or exchanged. It is very important that customers choose the correct desired length and curl pattern when ordering. Our goals is safety, cleanliness, & customer satisfaction.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping can take 5 to 8 business days AFTER 24 hour processing depending on the time of day the order was placed and shipping destination. All orders made by 3pm EST are processed and shipped out that day. We ship Monday - Friday. Hours may vary during postal holiday hours. When orders are processed AND SHIPPED you will receive a tracking number for your order. All orders require a signature upon release of package. We are not responsible for orders signed for and left at front desks of businesses and living quarters.
